Eyeshadow Haul. First Impressions.

Hey guys!! Sorry it’s been awhile since my last post, I just got back from my trip in New York this morning at 2AM!! But I was so excited my package from Ulta was waiting for me when I got home.

I am so excited about my NYX Hot Singles Eyeshadows!!! I got them in Happy Hour, Zen, Over the Taupe, Wild Orchid, Dare, Showgirl, and Sex Kitten. My favorite shade that I’m most excited about is the green in Zen! It is a dark shimmery emerald green. Ulta had a BOGO Free deal so I also snagged their NYX Glitter Primer. I’m hoping between the Glitter Primer and some setting spray that I will get good pigmentation, dry swatches on my hand were smooth without any kickup but pretty light pigmentation. I do enjoy the formula not being powdery or crumbly like other drugstore formulas. The best pigmentations were Wild Orchid, Showgirl, and Over the Taupe.

Lorac California Dreaming Eyeshadow Palette

I have been wanting this palette ever since I started seeing pictures on Instagram!! I haven’t seen very many reviews on it though so I’m excited to do a full review for you guys. I do enjoy Lorac foundations, concealers, bronzers, and highlighters, but this is my first Lorac eyeshadow purchase. I am nervous but excited all at the same time! I love the packaging and it’s a compact palette that I can easily travel with. I am excited for the Seaside, Boots, and Kitty Cat shades. I just think the color choices are different than most of the eyeshadow palettes I’ve seen.

Another product I purchased with this Ulta Haul was the Carli Bybel palette.

This palette has been out for awhile, but it’s so affordable and beautiful that I felt I had to try it. The highlighters look amazing and I especially think I will enjoy this palette in the summer when my skin is more tan.
